We may employ software technology that enables us to track certain aspects of a user’s visit to the Site. This technology helps us better manage content on the Site by informing us what content is effective, how consumers engage with the Site and how consumers arrive at and/or depart from the Site. 

If you arrive at the Site by “clicking through” from another website, then certain information about you that you provided to that other website, such as the terms you were searching that led you to the Site, may be transmitted to us and we may use it. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete a purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your Transaction.  All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and service providers. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the type and volume of the information, the negatives that can result from unpermitted access to such information, why we gather such information and the availability of achieving the goals of such gathering through alternative means. 

Children’s Privacy

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state and you have given us your consent to allow any of you minor dependents to use this site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18.

Do Not Track Signals

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

This Site and Services are provided in the State of Utah and the laws of the State of Utah will apply to your use of the Site and Services, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
